Your mission

• Management of Microsoft 365 cloud services: Your responsibilities include the administration and optimization of MS365 services, with a focus on Office 365, to ensure smooth usage by the business.
• Client support: You will be responsible for configuring, updating and troubleshooting Windows and Apple client systems to ensure an optimal working environment for all users.
• Tickets and documentation: You will be responsible for managing and processing requests and problems via our ticket system, including the detailed documentation of solutions and processes.
• Comprehensive first and second level support: As the first point of contact for technical inquiries, you will provide professional support for hardware, software and operating problems, both remotely and in person.
• Ticket management: You identify critical support requests, prioritize them accordingly and forward them to higher support levels if necessary.
• Coordinate technician deployments: Organize the deployments of our technician team to rectify faults directly at the workplace.

Your profile

• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or are a career changer with at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
• You have sound knowledge in the maintenance and operation of networks, including LAN, WLAN and VPN.
• You have previous experience in the administration of both local and cloud-based systems.
• You have experience with Windows servers and client environments, as well as the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, and MDM.
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of English to be able to communicate both in a national and international environment.
