Now we are ready to start a new chapter in our brand new office in Belgrade, Serbia! To build up our new team on site, we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant France to join us with immediate effect. The ideal candidate is the first point of contact for problems encountered by our clients from France.

## Tasks

- You respond to and handle customer inquiries
- You take and forward technical questions to the product advisors
- You support our customers on the topics of payment, order processing and delivery tracking
- Responsibility for maintaining customer data

## Requirements

- Successfully completed vocational training
- Accurate working method
- Proficient use of PC
- Experience in customer service
- Polite manners and very good command of written and spoken French, plus very good knowledge of German or English
- Willingness to take responsibility and commitment in the daily work, independent and autonomous action is required
