Barsan Global Logistics was founded in 1982 and today operates in 65 countries with over 150 logistics centers. Our office in Basel offers door-to-door transportation as well as 3PL services and supports international B2B customers in ensuring the smooth execution of their processes.
We are looking for a motivated individual for our inside sales department who can inspire our customers and further strengthen our market position in Switzerland.
Aufgaben
- Manage and develop the customer portfolio
- Prepare price offers and document price changes
- Monitor the market, carry out and optimize administrative sales processes
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and international branches
- Prepare and document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Advise and support existing and new customers
Qualifikation
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss German and English; Turkish language skills are an advantage
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
