baesh helps you find the right people for your favorite activities – from concerts to exhibitions, you'll always have a crew.
🚀 We’re looking for a startup-minded, self-driven developer – not a task-follower. This is an equity-only role (for now), meaning you earn a real stake in the company as we grow.
💡 Big upside: Once we secure funding, this role converts into a paid position, and your shares could be worth a lot. If you’re just looking for a paycheck, this isn’t for you. If you want to build, own, and be part of something game-changer, let’s talk.

Tasks

Develop and optimize the mobile app using React Native, ensuring smooth performance and scalability across both iOS and Android platforms

Implement and manage user behavior tracking, monitoring in-app interactions to understand user flow, retention, and engagement patterns

Integrate tracking tools for advertising platforms, like Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, and others, to support targeted ads and measure advertising effectiveness.

Ensure app scalability and performance, identifying and resolving issues to enhance user experience

Manage technical aspects of mobile-focused product releases, working closely with the design, backend, and business teams

Requirements

At least 4-5 years of experience in mobile development.

Proficiency in React Native with a deep understanding of mobile app development.

Ideally: Experience with native development (iOS and Android), to future-proof the app and facilitate a smooth transition when scaling.

A Builder Mindset: You love startups, think like a founder, and take ownership of what you build.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with a small, agile team. We couldn't stress this enough. No ghosting 👻❌

Benefits

💰 Ownership: You get equity (a real stake in the company) – meaning you benefit as baesh succeeds.
🌎 Full Flexibility: Work wherever, whenever – no micromanagement. Results matter, not hours worked.
🚀 A Big Vision: baesh is aiming to be THE go-to app for social life, like TikTok for events or Reddit for real-life experiences.
💡 Make a Real Impact: You’ll be a key player, shaping the product and the company from the start.
💎 Future Potential: We’re preparing for a fundraising round – meaning your shares could be worth a lot soon.
If you'd like to get to know us, just drop us a CV or a message, and we’ll set up a intro call. We’re looking forward to meeting you!
