About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our Marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting a fast-moving team. Rather than creating marketing campaigns, you’ll help ensure that our marketing operations run smoothly by managing records, maintaining spreadsheets, organizing documentation, and keeping important follow-ups on track.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and gain exposure to an international business environment while developing valuable organizational and operational skills.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
  • Collect, organize, and verify information before entering it into CRM systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry while ensuring information remains complete and up to date.
  • Follow up on website submissions and ensure all required actions have been completed.
  • Organize folders, files, and internal documentation.
  • Proofread articles and written content before publication.
  • Manage calendars, reminders, and recurring administrative tasks.
  • Track ongoing tasks and ensure deadlines and follow-ups are completed.
  • Assist with preparing reports and maintaining operational records.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with general administrative and operational activities.
  • Assist with additional operational projects as the Marketing team grows.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of professional experience.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel on a daily basis.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, operations, coordination, customer support, or office assistance.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity is an advantage.

Within your first few months, you will:

  • Keep all assigned records accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure no important follow-up tasks are missed.
  • Maintain organized documentation and structured folders.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate reliability, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Become a trusted operational support member of the Marketing team.
