Role Overview

The Field Operations Associate supports the coordination and execution of field activities across multiple projects and locations.

This role ensures that field operations are:

• Properly planned
• Well-coordinated
• Executed according to standards

You will act as a central coordination point between field technicians, project managers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.

This is a structured and execution-focused role, requiring strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.

Field Coordination

• Coordinate field activities with technicians and project teams
• Ensure tasks are properly scheduled and executed
• Follow up on field operations and timelines

Operational Support

• Support the preparation and planning of field interventions
• Ensure all required information and resources are available
• Track progress of ongoing field activities

Communication

• Act as a link between field teams and internal stakeholders
• Ensure clear and timely communication
• Follow up on requests and updates

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain trackers for field operations and activities
• Monitor progress, delays, and issues
• Prepare reports and summaries for internal teams

Issue Management

• Identify operational issues or delays
• Escalate when necessary
• Ensure resolution and proper follow-up

Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:

• Operations
• Coordination
• Customer support

• Project support

• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a structured environment
• High attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience in telecom, IT, or field operations
• Experience working with international teams
• Familiarity with Excel or tracking tools

Work Conditions

• 100% remote (Tunisia)
• Full-time position
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Tunis time)
• 1-hour break

Overtime

• Required depending on operational needs
• May include coordination across time zones
• Fully compensated
