As part of our growth, we are looking to hire a Junior Project Manager to support IT and technical projects, working closely with internal teams, customers, and senior project leaders.
Role Overview
The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and technical projects. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates with a strong technical foundation and early exposure to Quality, Health, Safety & Security (QHSE/Q&S) practices, who are ready to grow into full project ownership over time.
The role is fully remote and requires strong discipline, communication skills, and a willingness to learn structured project management methodologies.
Tasks
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Support project planning, scheduling, and task tracking across multiple IT-related projects
- Assist in coordinating internal teams, technical resources, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues when needed
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, action logs)
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
Technical & IT Support
- Work on projects involving IT infrastructure and networking concepts (IPs, firewalls, network basics, systems)
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Understand technical constraints and translate them into actionable project plans
Quality, Safety & Compliance (Q&S / QHSE)
- Support the application of Q&S / QHSE processes within projects
- Ensure project activities align with internal quality and security procedures
- Assist with audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communication & Reporting
- Participate in project meetings and follow-ups
- Provide clear and structured status updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Support customer-facing communications when required
Requirements
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
- Must have completed studies (no ongoing studies accepted)
Experience
- Entry-level profile (0–2 years experience)
- Initial exposure to project coordination, IT projects, or technical operations is required
- Exposure to Q&S / QHSE concepts is a strong plus
Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of IT and networking fundamentals, including:
- IP addressing
- Firewalls and basic network security concepts
- General IT infrastructure concepts
- Comfortable working with technical teams and documentation

- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Good communication skills in a remote work environment
- Ability to learn quickly and follow defined processes
