We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition and Outsourcing Officer to join our HR team. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment and outsourcing operations, helping us attract, assess, and onboard talent across multiple regions. This is a remote role ideal for someone passionate about people operations, sourcing, and international hiring.

Tasks

Your Mission: What You Will Own

You will support the full recruitment lifecycle and outsourcing coordination under the guidance of senior team members. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases).
  • Write and publish engaging job descriptions tailored to different markets.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

2. Candidate Management

  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in coordinating assessments, interviews, and feedback collection.

3. Outsourcing Coordination

  • Support the preparation of client-facing talent reports and updates.
  • Help ensure smooth onboarding and contracting for outsourced hires.
  • Assist with documentation, compliance checks, and record-keeping for international hires.

4. Stakeholder Communication

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline health.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.

5. Process Support

  • Participate in improving recruitment workflows, templates, and documentation.
  • Assist in gathering market insights and salary benchmarking data.
  • Help maintain data accuracy and reporting for HR metrics.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR coordination, or a related area.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals) and ATS systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Based in Tunisia with a stable internet connection and remote work setup.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international teams and candidates.

  • Previous exposure to IT/telecom recruitment or technical roles.
  • Experience working in outsourcing, agency recruitment, or an international HR environment.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations in Tunisia and/or other MENA markets.
