Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operational and coordination tasks across departments. Based remotely
in Tunisia, this full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and is passionate about maintaining order, accuracy, and timely support delivery.
Tasks
- Track and manage company shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain and organize contracts and essential documentation
- Coordinate international travel logistics (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
- Monitor expenses and assist in maintaining internal financial dashboards
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document filing, and cross-team coordination
- Provide internal support to different departments with day-to-day operational needs
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
- Advanced proficiency in French (C1); English at Intermediate to Upper Intermediate level (B1–B2)
- Competence in Microsoft Office and digital admin tools
Preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote setup
- Professional and clear communication in both English and French
- Proactive and independent work ethic
