AXISCADES is looking to strengthen its Team in Hamburg, Germany, with an experienced, motivated and dynamic ME3S Onsite Manager, German language skills are mandatory. For this position, German language skills are mandatory.

## Tasks

*   Execute priority process planning jobs and Technical clarification to offshore team in India
*   Travel to different plants in Germany as per business needs
*   Managing communications between key clients, partners and internal stake holders
*   Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
*   Follow up project related and IT issues at onsite to support offshore teamin India
*   Identify potential opportunities and work towards to convert them in business
*   Responsible for Revenue Projection and realization
*   Collaborate with Partners to identify and grow opportunities within territory
*   Work estimation, submission of proposals, negotiating and closing the deals
*   Calculate standard time at routing operating level using tools like MTM 1 & UAS by analysing standard work instructions or operator video
*   Creating and Updating scheme of instructions (SAP –PEA, PEM, PGI)
*   Digital Mock Up (DMU) data management and allocation

## Requirements

*   Bachelor or Masters of engineering in Mechanical /Production/Industrial or Aerospace Engineering
*   Excellent command of the English and German language, verbal and written, is mandatory
*   5+ years years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Industry
*   Team management skills and addressing client technical requirements / concerns. 
*   Must have experience in Time/motion and method study
*   Proficient in writing Manufacturing assembly sequence and standard operating procedure (work instructions)
*   Knowledge about Manufacturing and Process Planning Methods
*   Experience in standard time calculations and bottle neck analysis
*   Configuration expertise in Production planning module of SAP
*   Hands on Experience CATIA/UG NX or any 3D virtualization tools
*   Experience on Airbus Tools & Methods is an added advantage
*   Hands on experience in MTM tools (MTM Blue Card), highly desirable
