Sales Representative / Business Development for EU Market

A&V Nutri Pharm GmbH is a fast-growing international trading company specializing in high-quality nutritional products, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG goods. We are actively expanding into various European markets and are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to develop our client base and distribution network across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire B2B customers, including pharmacies, wholesalers, healthcare stores, and distributors across European countries.
• Promote and sell our product portfolio, including infant & adult nutrition, dietary supplements, pharma products, and fast-moving consumer goods.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and online meetings to present products and negotiate terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide customer support and handle orders, deliveries, and feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in your assigned region.
• Cooperate with logistics, purchasing, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales/business development, preferably in pharmaceutical, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus (e.g., French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, etc.).
• Knowledge of the European healthcare and distribution landscape is a strong advantage.
• Independent, results-driven, and proactive attitude.
• Based in Europe and willing to travel if necessary.
