• Independently manage and coordinate your own station during upscale à la carte service.
• Welcome, advise, and look after international guests with outstanding 5-star hospitality.
• Recommend premium dishes and suitable wines with confidence and expertise.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and ensure an excellent mise en place.

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, or proven experience in upscale dining.
• Professional appearance, confident and friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good English skills are essential; Slovenian is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work a 6-day week (48 hours).

• Attractive salary: € 2,300 to € 2,500 net/month, plus tips and 13th/14th salary payments.
