Whether you want to take charge of your own section as Chef de Partie or step into a leadership role as Sous Chef – if high-end à la carte cuisine is your expertise, this is your place!
Tasks
- Chef de Partie: Independently manage your kitchen station in service.
- Sous Chef: Support the Head Chef, lead the team and coordinate service.
- High-Level Cooking: Prepare and plate dishes creatively to 5-star standards.
- Quality & Clean: Ensure top quality standards and strict HACCP compliance.
Requirements
- Completed culinary training and solid experience in fine dining or luxury hotels.
- Strong stress resistance, team spirit, and a keen eye for detail.
- Good English skills are fully sufficient (international team).
- Ready for a 6-day week (48 hours).
