* Our **Data Platform Engineering** team offers a self-service data platform to make discovering, accessing, and creating data products easy while enforcing our standards for data quality, privacy and security.
* Our **Data Enablement** team empowers our colleagues to leverage tracking and analytics data to make the right decisions and create great products for our users.

Over the past 2 years, our **Data Engineering** teams have made great strides in applying product thinking to our data and tracking platform and worked tirelessly to build a solid foundation.   
We are looking for a **Technical** **Product Manager** who ispassionate about joining them in elevating the **ease of use of our Data Platform** and the **quality of our data & insights**.

## What you’ll do:

* Be a key driver of our organisation’s move towards a **data as a product &** **domain data ownership** approach, raising the quality bar of our data and decisions.
* Lead your teams through the entire agile **product development process** from **discovery, ideation** and **prioritisation** to **implementation** and **success measurement** to ensure that teams **maximise value** for our **users** and **colleagues**.
* Use insights from **product discovery**, **user feedback** and **industry research** to continuously evolve our **product** **vision** and **product roadmap**.
* Ensure alignment with our **internal stakeholders** on the **product vision** and **roadmap** as well as **implementation timelines** and **dependencies**.
* Own the **life-cycle management** strategy for our products, **including rollout strategy** and **Go-to-market-communication** for migrations and new product/feature launches.

## What you should bring:

* 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager.
* A **user-centric approach** to both **data as a product** and **data tooling**.
* A toolkit for:  
   * **evidence-based** and **data-driven decision**\-**making**  
   * exploring **user problems and needs**  
   * **understanding** and **prioritising product opportunities**  
   * **testing ideas** and **defining** and **monitoring product success metrics**  
   * using these insights to evolve the **product vision** and **roadmap.**
* The ability to **communicate effectively** with **varied audiences**, **empathise** and **align** with our **users** and **stakeholders** as well as the **development team**.
* A basic understanding of **Data Modelling**, **Data Engineering** and Event **Tracking** **practices** to be able to discuss technical decisions with your team.
