The __Seller Success Product Team__ strives to make AutoScout24 the best place for car dealers and private sellers to reach customers and help dealers to manage, grow and scale their business with us. As part of this team, you will play a key role in defining the product vision for our private sellers and create best-in-class selling experiences across our European marketplaces. As a Product Manager, you will work independently, define & prioritize product and feature roadmaps based on group strategy and vision. You will define the scope and work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Analytics and Operations on the execution, inspiring and leading from behind.

__Key Responsibilities__

* Own multiple features/products in the Private Seller and c2b space focused on driving adoption of those products and improving selling experiences across 5 marketplaces
* Define the feature/product roadmap feeding into the broader group strategy, communicate and align it with internal stakeholders and leadership
* Dive deep into Private Seller (and Car Dealer) needs and validate hypotheses together with UX Designers, Researchers, and Data Analysts
* Own the end-to-end product development process from ideation, conceptualization, prototyping & testing to development & implementation working closely with Engineering, Data Scientists, UX and Marketing teams
* Develop clear product requirements and epics that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
* Continuously monitor market trends and product usage to identify opportunities
* Work closely with other product teams focused on increasing adoption across our buying and selling products

__Qualifications__

* 2+ years experience in digital product management
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams to coordinate product and software development cycles and successfully deliver complex products
* Very good analytical skills with the ability to use data to backup ideas and assumptions, develop insights and recommendations and define and measure success metrics
* Customer-driven mindset and curiosity to develop a deep understanding of your customer group need
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence business stakeholders and leadership
* Extensive know-how of common product management tools
* Team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to get things done
* Fluency in English, German (understanding in reading, conversation) is a plus
