Office Manager for the Development of the Francophone Market (M/F)

Our young and rapidly expanding team in Königs Wusterhausen has developed the Augletics Eight, the perfect device for home fitness: high-end design, versatile, efficient, and quiet. Under the motto “That is fitness.” we want to revolutionize the fitness market in terms of efficiency. We have big projects and are looking for support for the development of our market in France.

• Customer Engagement: Proactively communicate with customers regarding inquiries, feedback, or issues, primarily via phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in launching our products in the French market through diverse channels, including website content, online marketing, and YouTube videos. Prior marketing experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Sales Development: Support the strategic build and management of a sales team in France to drive long-term growth.
• Service and Quality Control: Help establish a dedicated service team and implement robust control processes to maintain high standards in France.

• Language Skills: Native-level French and at least C1 level in German or English.
• Customer Focus: Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, with a genuine interest in customer interaction and consultation.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for driving change and implementing innovative ideas.
• Willingness to Learn: Open to newcomers with the right motivation to start strong with us and help build a new market.
• Location Flexibility: Ability to work 80% of the time on-site in Königs Wusterhausen.
