Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision and project execution within the architecture and planning industry.
  • Proficiency in using architectural design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations pertaining to building codes and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members.
