• Oversee and manage construction site activities to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to facilitate seamless execution of project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly by liaising with relevant stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation relating to site progress, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision and project execution within the architecture and planning industry.
• Proficiency in using architectural design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations pertaining to building codes and safety standards.
