We are looking for a passionate Architect to join our on-site team in Miyawala Chowk, Dehradun, and contribute to innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong spaces.

• Design and develop comprehensive architectural plans and drawings in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating detailed and precise architectural models and blueprints.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and regulatory requirements in architecture and planning to effectively integrate them into projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
