Platform Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Platform Engineer (f/m/x) to join our fast-growing HQ in Berlin!

About the role

You will be owning our infrastructure and providing tooling for our developers to have freedom to experiment and provide our customers with the best experience.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve our infrastructure platform
• Build and automate high performance, scalable systems
• Play an active role in identifying developer bottlenecks and growing our Platform solutions to mitigate those needs
• Identify and fix bugs in our core infrastructure and platform tooling ecosystem

Your profile

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Golang)
• Profound infrastructure knowledge: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Previous experience in distributed computing is a plus (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Pulsar)
• Experience working on initiatives that reduce developer cognitive load and enhance DevEx
• Strong knowledge of system administration and infrastructure maintenance
