Atmen (Spain) is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our Operations Team and drive customer onboarding, implementation, and delivery. This is a highly client-facing role, focused on ensuring customers successfully set up and operate Atmen’s platform. You will guide them through onboarding, help them upload and structure their data, validate configuration quality, and support them through pre-certification preparation and audit readiness. You will work closely with customers, internal regulatory experts, and our product team - ensuring that customer feedback, issues, and real-world regulatory constraints are translated into actionable product improvements.
⚠️ This is not a software engineering role. You will collaborate closely with developers, but you will not be expected to fix code bugs or build core product features.
<h2>Tasks</h2>
🎯 Your Mission
Ensure customers reach value fast and reliably by leading a structured onboarding and implementation journey — including platform setup, data readiness, quality checks, and operational support through certification milestones.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding &amp; Implementation (B2B SaaS)
<ul>
<li>Own onboarding and implementation activities for a defined set of customers.</li>
<li>Lead onboarding calls, workshops, and weekly check-ins to ensure structured progress and customer success.</li>
<li>Support customers in setting up their Atmen workspace (“site setup”), ensuring all required inputs and operational data are correctly structured and available.</li>
<li>Guide customers through platform configuration and process adoption, ensuring a fast and smooth path-to-value.</li>
</ul>
Data Setup, Validation &amp; Quality Checks
<ul>
<li>Support customers in uploading and structuring required operational and compliance-related data.</li>
<li>Validate customer data and platform configurations through testing and quality checks.</li>
<li>Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or risk points early and proactively drive resolution with the customer.</li>
<li>Ensure that customers are operationally ready for pre-certification and audit preparation.</li>
</ul>
Issue Tracking, Bug Reporting &amp; Product Feedback
<ul>
<li>Investigate customer-reported issues and distinguish between configuration errors, data issues, and product bugs.</li>
<li>Document and report bugs clearly and consistently to the product &amp; engineering teams.</li>
<li>Track issues to resolution, ensuring transparent communication with customers.</li>
<li>Provide structured product feedback based on real customer delivery experience. You will report and manage bugs — but you will not be expected to fix them.</li>
</ul>
Code-heavy topics are escalated to the engineering team.
Regulatory &amp; Certification Sparring Partner
While deep regulatory expertise is not required from day one, this role requires curiosity and comfort with complex regulatory topics.
<ul>
<li>Act as a sparring partner to customers and internal teams on the practical implementation of certification requirements.</li>
<li>Absorb and understand key regulatory topics relevant to customer onboarding and certification workflows.</li>
<li>Support customers during pre-certification phases, helping them prepare their workflows, documentation, and data readiness.</li>
<li>Participate in audits and audit-related calls when Atmen’s platform or process implementation is being discussed, in collaboration with the Operations Lead and regulatory experts.</li>
</ul>
Operational Excellence &amp; Scaling Delivery
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of onboarding playbooks, templates, and delivery best practices.</li>
<li>Help standardise recurring processes to ensure Atmen can scale delivery across more customers.</li>
<li>Support internal operational projects and process optimisation initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
🏆 Must-Haves
<ul>
<li>3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role such as: ◦ B2B SaaS Implementation ◦ Technical Consultant ◦ Customer Delivery Manager ◦ Technical Customer Success Manager ◦ Solutions Engineer / Architect</li>
<li>Hands-on experience implementing a B2B SaaS product, including onboarding customers and driving adoption.</li>
<li>Strong client-facing skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders in a structured, professional way.</li>
<li>Strong ability to work with data: understanding what is required, spotting gaps, validating quality, and supporting customers through data preparation.</li>
<li>Structured problem-solving mindset: you enjoy investigating issues and driving resolution.</li>
<li>Strong ownership and accountability: you can be trusted to manage customer communication and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.</li>
</ul>
Please note that the qualifications listed above are intended as a general guideline only. We encourage all qualified applicants to apply, even if they do not meet every requirement. If you are interested in this role, please include in your application why you believe you would be a good fit.
🙏 Nice-to-Haves

<li>Familiarity with operational workflows, data validation, and quality management.</li>
