## Tasks

As a **Senior Software Engineer**, you will play a **key role** in shaping our product, working closely with our engineering and product teams to build **robust, scalable, and maintainable** software solutions. You will:

*   **Develop, test, and deploy** full-stack software solutions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
*   **Drive development** from ideation to production, working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.
*   **Lead by example** by writing clean, testable code and supporting engineering best practices.
*   **Own features end-to-end**—from architecture to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
*   **Improve performance, reliability, and scalability** to ensure our platform meets enterprise-grade standards.
*   **Mentor and collaborate** with team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

## Requirements

🏆 Must-haves

*   **5+ years of professional experience** in software development, preferably in full-stack roles.
*   Proficiency in **TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS**.
*   **Strong software engineering principles**: clean code, modularity, testing, and maintainability.
*   Experience designing and maintaining **scalable, distributed systems**.
*   **Self-motivated** and able to navigate a **fast-changing startup environment**.
*   **Excellent communication skills** in English (both written and spoken).
*   **Master’s degree or equivalent experience** in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
