Atlantis HR is looking for a Project Manager (M/F) #Construction in Madrid for a client, an international design and construction group specialising in complex buildings.

Working on design and construction projects, your role is to guide the entire project towards success. Your main tasks are as follows:

Be the client’s main contact for the commercial, contractual and project relationship.

Lead the design phase in collaboration with our teams of French specialists

Coordinate the construction work with our on-site engineers and sub-contractors

Manage all internal project stakeholders

Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning

Manage the financial and timing aspects of the overall project

As a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer you have a minimum of 15 years of experience on big industrial building projects with high added technical value and tight deadlines. Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
