- Preparing and cooking Asian dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Selecting and preparing ingredients (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
- Monitoring cooking processes (taste, texture, presentation) and adjusting where necessary
- Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene in the kitchen
- Managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Reporting technical issues and resolving minor problems
- Contributing ideas for menu development and improvements
Vereisten
- Proven experience as a cook (preferably in Asian cuisine)
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
- MBO level 3 or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a cook (preferably in Asian cuisine)
