The Artory Registry launched in collaboration with Christie's, the world's largest auction house, and is the leading registry of verified information tracking provenance for artworks and collectibles. The Registry combines modern cryptography with blockchain technology to record significant events in the lifecycle of artworks and collectibles.

Artory is hiring an Executive Assistant / Client Account Manager dual role to support leadership and handle Artory’s growing client base.

## Tasks

**Account Management**

- Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including training, account set-up, API integration, and follow-up support 
- Manage client accounts to ensure they are supported throughout the partnerships
- Answer customer inquiries via email or chat, and monitor incoming emails in Artory’s general inbox, responding to all inquiries and escalating to management as necessary
- Maintain and update customer FAQs

**Office management**

- Keep Artory NY office organized and running smoothly, including printer, storage, mail, etc.
- Book conference rooms for meetings as needed
- Support operational processes with COO, including ordering, expenses, bills, and NDAs

**Support management**

- Prepare materials for CEO and COO to deliver key external communications (i.e., speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, client meetings)
- Support key processes across the company (i.e., product management, investor relations, client presentations) to ensure smooth communication and seamless interactions
- Maintain leadership task list and ensure priorities are set and deadlines are hit
- Oversee CEO’s calendar and ensure CEO’s time and commitments are aligned with strategic priorities
- Maintain expenses and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Monitor CEO’s inbox, flag any high priority correspondence, draft responses, and send emails on CEO’s behalf
- Join meetings with leadership as needed to learn, take minutes, and ensure action items for the team are followed up on
- Prepare meeting agenda for weekly team meetings
- Update documentation in internal knowledge base tools
