Car Manager

**We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Car Manager to join our team!

**As our Car Manager, you will be responsible for keeping our company vehicles safe, clean, well-maintained, and ready for tours. You will work closely with our guides and make sure the right vehicle is available and in good condition when needed.

• Manage and take care of the company’s vehicles
• Regularly check vehicle condition, safety, cleanliness, and general maintenance
• Prepare vehicles for tours and ensure they are ready for use
• Arrange and coordinate vehicles between guides according to tour schedules
• Install and maintain GPS tracking systems in vehicles
• Keep track of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs
• Identify and report mechanical or technical problems
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, tire changes, and other vehicle-related needs
• Assist guides with vehicle-related issues during tours
• Respond to and rescue vehicles in emergency situations when needed
• Ensure vehicles are properly equipped and prepared for different tours and conditions

• Has good knowledge of cars and basic vehicle maintenance
• Is responsible, practical, and well-organized
• Has a valid driving licence
• Can work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations
• Is flexible and available when unexpected vehicle problems occur
• Has good communication skills and enjoys working with a team
• Is comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions
• Previous experience with fleet management or similar work is an advantage
