Join Our Guiding Team at Arctic GM — The Original Aurora Hunters®

Arctic GM is a Lapland-based tour operator offering small-group, large-group and private tours in Rovaniemi, Levi, Tromsø and Kiruna. From Northern Lights hunts to wilderness adventures, we combine local knowledge, authentic storytelling and attentive guest service. Our connection to the Arctic is rooted in 20 generations of Lapland family heritage dating back to the 1600s.

We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable guides who enjoy the outdoors, communicate confidently and take pride in looking after their guests. Whether you are leading a private excursion, guiding a small group or hosting a full coach, your role is to help every guest feel welcome, safe and engaged throughout their adventure.

We value initiative, sound judgement and teamwork. As an Arctic GM guide, you will bring the Arctic’s landscapes, stories and traditions to life for visitors from around the world — supported by colleagues who share a commitment to doing the job well.
