Aqualillies is hiring Remote Front Desk Agents / Virtual Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. In this role, you will handle incoming communications, schedule appointments, and provide friendly, professional support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy helping people.

Tasks

Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional manner

Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination

Provide accurate information about services, availability, and policies

Route or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Maintain updated client records and notes in internal systems

Handle multiple conversations or tasks at once while staying organized

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure positive client interactions

Requirements

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, CRM systems)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Professional and customer-focused attitude

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)

No prior experience required — training provided
