## Tasks

**Responsibilities:**

*   Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive growth for our new SaaS platform
*   Design and create engaging marketing content, including graphics, infographics, and blog posts
*   Identify and test new growth channels, while optimizing current online marketing channels
*   Develop and execute demand and lead generation campaigns
*   Analyze user behaviour, conduct A/B tests, and optimize the website
*   Manage and optimize the lead acquisition funnel and conversion rate
*   Build a team of talented marketing specialists and collaborate with external experts when needed

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

*   Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth hacking or marketing optimization
*   Strong understanding of B2B sales and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in international markets
*   Excellent analytical and communication skills
*   Knowledge of marketing automation tools and experience in lead generation
*   Results-oriented, motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
*   Strategic thinking, creativity, and strong initiative  
    

**Preferred Skills:**

*   SaaS marketing experience
*   Podcast or video creation experience
*   Google Analytics and Hotjar experience
