Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive growth for our new SaaS platform
• Design and create engaging marketing content, including graphics, infographics, and blog posts
• Identify and test new growth channels, while optimizing current online marketing channels
• Develop and execute demand and lead generation campaigns
• Analyze user behaviour, conduct A/B tests, and optimize the website
• Manage and optimize the lead acquisition funnel and conversion rate
• Build a team of talented marketing specialists and collaborate with external experts when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth hacking or marketing optimization
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in international markets
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and experience in lead generation
• Results-oriented, motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Strategic thinking, creativity, and strong initiative

Preferred Skills:

• SaaS marketing experience
• Podcast or video creation experience
• Google Analytics and Hotjar experience
