## Tasks

*   Organizing imports and exports for international trade
*   Managing international markets (deliveries to Europe from all over the world)
*   Registration and preparation of documentation for customs clearance in Europe, work with customs brokers
*   Understanding certification requirements in the EU
*   Sourcing new service providers on favorable terms for the company
*   Preparing reports and planning expenses
*   Working with Business Process Management software
*   Negotiating and signing contracts with new partners

## Requirements

*   Proven experience in independently managing logistics processes and leading a logistics team (direct reports in the logistics department)
*   Hands-on involvement in operational logistics and readiness to personally handle tasks, especially during process implementation or optimization
*   Experience working with transportation companies and understanding of the freight and carrier market
*   Solid knowledge of transportation and freight legislation, including international logistics
*   Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) software
*   Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and incoming requests
*   Excellent communication and coordination skills
*   Proficiency in **English and Russian** (both written and spoken)
*   High level of responsibility, reliability, and self-discipline
