## Tasks

*   Organization and control of the company’s procurement processes;
*   Development and implementation of the procurement strategy;
*   Cost optimization and procurement budget management;
*   Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards;
*   Management of turnover and stock levels;
*   Inventory analysis and demand forecasting;
*   Interaction with logistics, production, and finance departments;
*   Leadership of the procurement team, training and development of employees;
*   Preparation of reports and analytics on procurement activities;
*   Selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers, negotiation management.

## Requirements

*   Higher education;
*   At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;
*   Proficiency in **English and Russian** (both written and spoken) 
*   Analytical mindset, leadership skills, strategic thinking;
*   Strong organizational and systematic approach.
