Tasks

  • Organization and control of the company’s procurement processes;
  • Development and implementation of the procurement strategy;
  • Cost optimization and procurement budget management;
  • Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards;
  • Management of turnover and stock levels;
  • Inventory analysis and demand forecasting;
  • Interaction with logistics, production, and finance departments;
  • Leadership of the procurement team, training and development of employees;
  • Preparation of reports and analytics on procurement activities;
  • Selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers, negotiation management.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;
  • Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
  • Analytical mindset, leadership skills, strategic thinking;
  • Strong organizational and systematic approach.
