Regional sales manager (Moldova region)

We are developing in the Romanian market and are looking for a Regional sales manager to join the team in Moldova region.

• Sales development in the assigned territory
• Achievement of sales targets
• Building relationships with partner personnel
• Conducting product trainings
• Resolving disputes
• Monitoring product placement and improving representation with existing clients
• Sales planning
• Reporting and analytics
• Preparing presentations

• Work experience as a "field" manager or sales representative of a network channel (Non-Food: building materials, plumbing, household appliances) from 2 years
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and listening skills
• Focus on earnings, results and success
• Willingness to spend 50% of working time on business trips in Romania (Moldova region).
• Independent decision-making and responsibility for the result
• Important:
  - You need a personal passenger car and the ability to use it on business trips
  - Readiness to work on business trips up to 50% of working time
