• Manage online store development projects
• Set goals using the SMART methodology
• Plan and implement improvements in user experience and sales
• Select and motivate the execution team
• Monitor key success factors (KSFs) of the projects
• Transform the online store into a full-fledged portal with enhanced navigation
• Develop strategies for customer segments and acquisition channels, including creating customized content for the website

• Proven experience in managing digital projects within e-commerce
• Strong understanding of online sales principles
• Ability to effectively present information to large audiences
• Proficiency in both Russian and English
• Excellent communication and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in natural sciences or a related field
