Pizza Chef/Pizza maker

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team at our authentic Italian restaurant and pizzeria in the heart of Amsterdam.

If you have experience making traditional pizzas, know your way around a wood-fired or stone oven, and care about quality and flavour, we want to hear from you!

Prepare and cook authentic Italian pizzas to a high standard

Manage dough preparation, stretching, and topping with precision and speed

Operate and maintain pizza ovens (wood-fired/stone)

Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our standards

Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following hygiene and safety regulations

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo (minimum 1 or 2 years preferred)

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza-making techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
