Anthropos is looking for an Business Development Representative for the US Market to accelerate our growth with Anthropos Workforce, the Enterprise AI transformation platform that helps large companies map, verify, and upskill their teams at scale.
AI is changing the skills required in every role, and large enterprises have a problem they can no longer ignore: they don't actually know what their people can do. Resumes and self-assessments don't answer that question. Anthropos does, with a skills taxonomy of 60,000 skills and AI Simulations that verify skills by putting people inside realistic work scenarios instead of quizzes. Enterprise customers in the US and Europe, including Together AI, Italgas, and FS Group (the Italian national railway, an 80,000-person organization), already run on Anthropos, and we're now scaling the US market.
That's where you come in.
You will join an existing team of 2 BDRs in our Swiss office in Chiasso and you will work on targeting US prospects in the East Coast while also occasionally work on specific EMEA markets like the UK.
