About the Role
We are looking for an Art Director / Jr. Art Director to define and drive the visual direction of game projects, while leading and inspiring a talented team of artists.

You will collaborate closely with Game Designers, Programmers, QA, Production, and other teams to turn creative concepts into high-quality game experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and communicate artistic vision and visual style.
• Establish and maintain art quality and aesthetic standards.
• Create style guides and visual targets for production.
• Review, critique, and provide direction on art assets.
• Support Art Leads in production pipelines and task allocation.
• Coach and inspire artists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Requirements
• 5+ years of game development experience, including 2+ years in management/leadership.
• Leadership/Core Lead credit on at least 2 successfully shipped games.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals: lighting, composition, architecture, anatomy, proportion, etc.
• Strong knowledge of game development and multiple game genres/platforms.
• Proficiency with industry-standard art software and production workflows.
• Strong understanding of visual culture across games, movies, photography, comics, books, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Open-minded, creative, and receptive to new ideas.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills.

Competitive salary: 50M – 70M VND/month, based on experience and expertise.
