Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience hiring for E-commerce, Retail, Fulfillment, Beauty, or Agency environments
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines
• Existing candidate network in the Philippines is a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
