We are looking for an experienced Game Director to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our casual game portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the creative and product vision for casual and hybrid casual mobile games.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including Game Design, Art, Engineering, Product Analytics, and UA.
• Drive the full game lifecycle from concept validation and prototyping to global launch and live operations.
• Analyze market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify winning opportunities.
• Establish and optimize core gameplay loops, progression systems, monetization, retention, and engagement mechanics.
• Make strategic decisions using data analytics, A/B testing, and player feedback.
• Mentor and develop game designers, producers, and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with UA and monetization teams to maximize LTV, retention, and profitability.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in the gaming industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Game Director, Product Director, Lead Game Designer, or Executive Producer.
• Proven track record of launching successful mobile casual or hybrid casual games.
• Deep understanding of game economy, progression systems, monetization models, retention, and player psychology.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Passion for building highly engaging mobile experiences.

• Experience managing games with millions of downloads.
• Background in user acquisition, growth, or live operations.
• Experience integrating AI tools into game development workflows.
• Experience working with global publishing partners.
