The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and ambitious Growth Lead to drive revenue operations and go-to-market growth initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth Strategy, GTM execution, Pipeline Analytics, and Experimentation. You'll be responsible for building scalable systems, uncovering growth opportunities, and helping transform early traction into a predictable revenue engine.

Experience
3–6 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Private Equity or Venture Capital
Experience working in:
A high-growth Series A–C startup
Experience operating in an early-stage B2B environment.
