The Role
We are looking for a Sales Director – Financial Services to drive enterprise adoption across the U.S. market, focusing on financial institutions, fintechs, payments, and capital markets organizations.
This role will own and close complex enterprise deals, working closely with customers to translate business challenges into high-value technology solutions. The position is highly strategic and customer-facing, with strong exposure to senior decision-makers and market opportunities in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through close
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities in the U.S. market
- Engage senior stakeholders (VPs, C-level executives) to understand business and transformation goals
- Position enterprise distributed ledger and tokenization solutions for mission-critical use cases
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to shape and close deals
- Drive complex multi-stakeholder sales processes in regulated financial services environments
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Develop strategic relationships across banks, fintechs, payment providers, and capital markets firms
Requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- Proven track record managing and closing complex multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles
- Strong experience selling infrastructure platforms, SaaS, blockchain, fintech, or distributed systems solutions
- Experience selling into regulated financial services sectors including banking, fintech, payments, or capital markets
- Ability to engage technical buyers and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background
- Experience with digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, or distributed ledger technologies
- Existing network within financial services and enterprise technology ecosystems
- Experience working with highly technical products and solution-based selling
