Senior UI Designer (80%-100%)

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to craft exceptional user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. In this role, you will own the visual design system, ensure pixel-perfect execution, and create intuitive experiences. You will work hand-in-hand with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create interfaces that are visually compelling, intuitive for users, and optimized for seamless implementation.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in UI design for complex applications, experience building and maintaining design libraries, and a passion for data visualization and responsive design.

Design System Evolution: Build, maintain, and refine a scalable, component-based design library and system to ensure visual consistency and reusable components across web and mobile platforms.

UI Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs and interactive prototypes in Figma for usability testing.

Data Visualization: Design intuitive and visually compelling dashboards, charts, and other data-driven components that enhance user understanding while remaining developer-friendly.

User-Centric Approach: Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs are user-friendly and accessible. Occasionally support user research and incorporate findings into UI improvements.

Documentation: Maintain design guidelines, component specifications, and usage documentation for the design system.

Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure responsive and adaptive UI designs for both web and mobile applications.

Experience: 5+ years in UI design for web and mobile applications.

Tools: Expert in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.

Design Systems: Proven experience creating and managing design libraries and component systems.

Data Visualization: Strong ability to design charts, dashboards, and complex visual elements.

Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs, and adhere to accessability standards.

Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
