Tasks
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, combining consultative sales with hands-on customer onboarding.
You will guide prospects and customers from a technical and product perspective, help them successfully onboard and set up the platform, and proactively identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs.
This role is fully inbound-focused and ideal for a junior sales professional.
Tasks:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from German-speaking prospects (potentially also French) and guide them through the product from a technical and business perspective
- Support customers during the entire onboarding and setup process, ensuring a smooth and successful start with amnis
- Understand customer needs and pains and match suitable amnis solutions, including FX, payments, cards, and additional services
- Convince and upsell customers through value-based product pitching during onboarding and ongoing usage
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, compliance, and product teams
- Contribute to internal improvements to continuously enhance customer experience and processes
Requirements
- Native or near-native German speaking and English skills (company language is English). French would be a plus.
- Experience or interest in sales, customer onboarding, account management, or customer support in B2B SaaS, Fintech or Payment
- Affinity for consultative / solution-oriented selling
- Interest in or basic knowledge of payments, FX or payment cards
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear way
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions
- Team player mentality with a hands-on attitude
