Tasks
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be a key part of our growing sales team and often the first point of contact for potential clients and partners. Your role is all about building strong relationships, creating new business opportunities, and helping companies discover the value of working with amnis.
- Identify and acquire new SME clients in Swiss Romandie through your own outreach and existing network
- Represent amnis at local events and actively promote our brand in the region
- Develop new affiliate partnerships and support existing ones
- Present our platform to potential clients – via video calls or directly on-site
- Communicate our value proposition clearly to decision-makers and handle objections with confidence
- Stay up to date with industry trends and build in-depth knowledge of our platform and product roadmap
- Work closely with our Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements
We’re looking for a committed individual with the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or within the financial services sector
- Enjoyment in building client relationships across email, phone, and other channels
- Solid digital skills – you're comfortable navigating CRM tools and web apps, and you enjoy thinking in solutions
- A strong drive to not only reach targets but exceed them
- Excellent communication skills in French and English – German is a plus, but not a must
- Ideally, a strong existing SME network in Western Switzerland
