đ What We're Looking For
You know what it means to build a growth machine. You've run SEO experiments, scaled paid campaigns, obsessed over SERP rankings, and pushed leads through the funnel like a savage. You don't just read about growth tacticsâyou've shipped them.
We're looking for someone who wants to be the inbound engine behind Always Friday. Youâll be joining early, with full ownership of our performance strategy, and the chance to make a real dent.
đ Requisites
⢠1â3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, performance marketing or growth role (preferably in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment).
⢠Deep knowledge of SEO, paid search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and how to make them work together.
⢠Experience setting up and running growth experiments: you know how to prioritize based on impact and move fast.
⢠Strong analytical mindset: you're comfortable with attribution models, GA4, , Amplitude, Hotjar or similar.
⢠Strong commitment: this is not just another job, it requires a tremendous amount of effort. It's not for everyone.
⢠We have a beautiful office and we believe in the value of being together in person â thatâs why we expect regular presence on site. At the same time, we offer flexibility, with a generous number of remote working days available throughout the year.
