Most startups spend years finding Product-Market Fit. We found it in weeks. We have scaled to $2.5M ARR in just 14 months—driven entirely by inbound demand and zero outbound effort.

We are building the Command Center for the AI Search Era (AEO/GEO). As the world moves from Google to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, the world’s leading brands (including Coinbase and SoFi) use our platform to own their visibility in AI-generated answers.

Tasks

The Role: Build the Engine

As our third sales hire, you aren't just closing leads; you are designing the enterprise sales machine that will take us from $2.5M to $10M+ ARR.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: You will own the process from initial hunt to final signature for deals ranging from $10k to $80k ACV.
  • The 70/30 Split: You’ll inherit a high-volume inbound funnel (70%), but you must have the "hunter" DNA to self-source the remaining 30% through strategic outbound.
  • Playbook Development: You will work directly with the founders to refine our ICP, messaging, and sales methodology (MEDDPICC).
  • In-Person Collaboration: We are a high-velocity team that believes in the power of being in the same room. We work 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • The Builder: You have 2–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally as a founding AE or early hire at a high-growth startup.
  • The Domain Expert: You understand MarTech, SEO, or AdTech. You know how to speak to CMOs and Marketing Ops leaders about ROI and digital visibility.
  • The Hunter: You still have the "SDR muscle." You aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send a cold loom to break into a target account.
  • Technical Curiosity: You are fascinated by the shift toward Generative AI and can explain complex technical concepts simply.
