You will develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting standards across Support, Claims, Partner Operations and commercial interfaces. Your work will create more transparency, stronger steering capabilities and measurable business impact.

You collaborate confidently with Product and Tech teams, can translate business needs into system, automation or integration requirements and bring curiosity for AI-based solutions.

Many opportunities to connect with your colleagues outside of daily work, e.g.through team events, weekly yoga classes, team runs and more

A flexible work model (hybrid working role)
