These tasks are waiting for you
- You will take ownership of the Operations Intelligence & Enablement area and further develop the data, automation and process foundation that helps our Operations team scale more efficiently and make better decisions.
- You will develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting standards across Support, Claims, Partner Operations and commercial interfaces. Your work will create more transparency, stronger steering capabilities and measurable business impact.
- You will identify opportunities for automation and AI in day-to-day operations and translate concrete business challenges into scalable solutions together with Product & Tech.
- You will strengthen data quality, data governance and real-time visibility across CRM, policy and operational systems.
- You will act as a strategic sparring partner to (COO) and relevant stakeholders, preparing operational insights in a way that leads to clear decisions and priorities.
- You will establish feedback loops between Operations, Product, Marketing and Service, ensuring that insights from Claims, Support, partners and customers systematically translate into improvements.
This is what you bring to the table
- You bring experience from consulting, the insurance industry or data-driven operations and now want to go beyond steering projects by taking ownership of your own functional area, building it further and shaping it with clear responsibility.
- We are especially interested in profiles from management consulting, operations consulting, digital transformation, insurance consulting, analytics, insurance companies or InsurTechs.
- You have steered complex projects or workstreams in consulting or in-house roles and have taken responsibility for outcomes, stakeholders and implementation.
- You know how to build KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting structures that teams actually use, for example with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, HubSpot or similar tools.
- You understand CRM systems and operational toolstacks, ideally HubSpot, Salesforce or similar systems, and know how workflows, data, reporting and communication need to connect.
- You collaborate confidently with Product and Tech teams, can translate business needs into system, automation or integration requirements and bring curiosity for AI-based solutions.
