Senior Product Manager (Product Owner) (m/w/d)

Product Owner (80%)

• participating and contributing to all regular agile ceremonies daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives
• being the voice of our customers (external and internal) throughout the product delivery and maintenance phases
• sharing and reinforcing the product vision and strategy to the product delivery team
• being responsible for writing technical requirements and elaborating on high level requirements breaking them down into detailed and well formed user stories and epics
• prioritising and maintaining the backlog for your product and consistently refining the backlog to make sure the technical implementation is robust and extensible
• collaborating with all stakeholders when clarity is required for product delivery and actively support the product delivery team to resolve issues, remove blockers and clear ambiguity

• working cross functional Engineering; Product Design and other stakeholders to deliver value to our partners and end customers

  Product Management (20%)

• supporting Product Managers with developing and defining the product strategy and roadmap of your assigned area in close
• collaborating with your cross-functional product team and key business stakeholders
• building up a deep understanding of user needs and behaviour, market and competitive landscape as well as regulatory constraints
• sharing insights from product delivery with the Product Managers proactively to identify areas of opportunity and optimisation
• creating and developing clear KPIs / metrics to measure impact and report progress

This is what you bring to the table

• have good oral and written communication skills and can effectively articulate your ideas and influence outcomes
• love to deliver great customer experiences by effectively collaborating with cross functional teams to bring the best products to the market
• have a keen eye for details and are able to multitask
• have prior experience as a Product Manager in a Product Owner role and enjoy producing quality documentation and detailed requirements
• are a keen learner and enjoy sharing knowledge with your colleagues contributing to developing and maintaining a learning organisation
• have an understanding of technical details such as APIs (REST, etc.) and can transform customer requirements into concrete, clear and concise technical requirements taking into consideration best-practice product management skills.
• have experience using product management tools like Jira and Confluence and usual office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint
• been working in a similar role for minimum of 6 years
