Senior Legal Counsel

Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

• Experience in illiquid asset structures, investment funds, and financial market regulations in Switzerland and Europe (knowledge of Fidleg and Finig regulations is a plus).
• Experience with institutional investors, fundraising activities, and drafting agreements with placement agents and distributions partners.
• Manage governance and corporate legal aspects, including circular resolutions, shareholder meetings, statutory invitations, amendments to articles of association, and service level agreements between entities, with a strong focus on labor law matters.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FINMA, BaFin, or similar authorities.

• Fluency in German and English
• Swiss Attorney-at-Law
• Min. 6 years of PQE with a strong focus on asset and fund management
